Every year, the Dinard British Film Festival welcomes over 7,000 students from all over France, from kindergarten to BTS.
In 2023, the week dedicated to schools will take place from 18 to 22 September 2023 in six cinemas.
Building on last year’s success, in addition to the usual screenings, the Dinard British Film Festival will once again bring cinema out of the screen. First of all, by renewing the association between music and image with a ciné concert of an animated film, then by diving behind the scenes of the seventh art, through workshops revealing its manufacturing secrets… These fun and creative workshops will be organised throughout the week and will be supervised by professionals: they will work with all the pupils. What’s more, the pupils will be able to enjoy an immersive experience in the heart of the town: Dinard’s heritage will be showcased through guided tours recalling scenes seen in the films.
