GOLDEN HITCHCOCK CINÉ+ OCS

The Festival’s emblematic prize, the Golden Hitchcock is awarded by each year’s Jury to the best film in the selection. The prize is accompanied by a promotional campaign on the Ciné+ and OCS channels.

In 2024, it was awarded to Ariane Labed‘s “SEPTEMBER SAYS”!


HITCHCOCK FOR BEST PERFORMANCE

The award for Best Performance is reserved for the actor or actress whose performance has most moved the year’s jury.

In 2024, it was awarded to actor Lalor Roddy for Pat Collins‘s film “THAT THEY MAY FACE THE RISING SUN”.


SPECIAL PRIZE JURY BARRIERE

The prize, awarded by the jury, is supported by Groupe Barrière, the festival’s official partner.

In 2024, it was awarded to the film “UNICORNS” by Sally El Hosaini, James Krishna Floyd.


This time, the prize is awarded by you, the audience!

It’s about the film that viewers liked best.

At the start of each screening, you’ll be given four coupons representing the intensity of your affection with the film. At the end of the screening, simply place the corresponding coupon in the ballot box!

PUBLIC PRIZE – SHORTCUTS

Once again, it’s up to you!

This prize rewards the short film (shortcuts) that captures the public’s heart from a selection of eight films. Our partner Ciné+ OCS is committed to buying and broadcasting the winning short film.

At the start of the screening, you’ll be given a small card listing the name of each film. At the end of the screening, all you have to do is tick off your favorite film and put the card in the ballot box!

In 2024, it was awarded to the film “LEGACY” by Hadden-Paton.


PRIZE OUEST-FRANCE “Talent Of Tomorow”

This prize is aimed at young filmmakers. It is awarded by a jury of five young people between the ages of 18 and 25, chosen by our partner Ouest France and festival members. The jury views a selection of four films, all first-time productions, and selects the winner.

In 2024, it was awarded to “PAUL & PAULETTE TAKE A BATH” by Jethro Massey.
