Mike vit en marge de la société mais il survit à peine. Il dort dans la rue depuis 5 ans, mendie, vole et se nourrit auprès d’associations de distribution alimentaire. Pris dans un engrenage autodestructeur, il souhaite changer de vie : il entre en cure de désintoxication, cherche du travail et tente de renouer avec ses proches. Brute et absurde, Urchin est une histoire sur les étranges habitudes qui nous ramènent sans cesse en arrière.

Mike barely scrapes by, surviving at the very edge of society. He has spent five years as a rough sleeper in London, begging, stealing and eating at charity food trucks. Trapped in a cycle of self-destruction, he wants to turn his life around — entering rehab, looking for work, and attempting to reconnect with people. Raw and absurd, Urchin is a story about the strange patterns that keep pulling us back.
