The 1st Press Conference took place on Wednesday 29 June at the Emeria Hotel in Dinard with the Festival team in the presence of Arnaud Salmon, Mayor of Dinard, Dominique Green, Artistic Director of the Festival, Vincent Remy, Deputy for Culture and Pascal Voisine, Coordinator of the School Festival.

The Artistic Director announced the return of the sections :

It’s Raining Men : Male protagonists in unexpected situations.

Girl Power : and creative female protagonists.

Cinema – Past, Present and Future : Films which represent the evolution of how we watch films.

Eccentrics & Free Spirits : There’s no holding them back.

Irish Eyes in Dinard : New films from the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

And 3 films from the program : The Electrical Life of Louis Wain (directed by Will Sharpe), Nothing Compares (directed by Kathryn Ferguso) and Young Plato (directed by Declan McGrath, Neasa Ní Chianáin).

Not to mention the Binge Watch with the screening of the TV series This is going to hurt and a selection of Shortcuts.
